Lead Technician / Shop Foreman



P3 Autokräfte is Southwest Ohio’s trusted Porsche specialist, known for high-integrity, high-quality European auto repair since 2002. We’re proud of our 4.9-star reputation—earned by doing the right thing, even when it’s hard. We’re looking for a Lead Technician who values craftsmanship, leads by example, and is ready to mentor a skilled team. If you take pride in the details and want to build something exceptional, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do


  • Lead a team of 3-4 technicians in a 6-bay facility
  • Handle complex diagnostics and repairs on European vehicles (Porsche focus)
  • Set the standard for quality - no shortcuts, no compromises
  • Train and develop your team to think like craftsmen, not just parts replacers
  • Work directly with service advisors on technical decisions
  • Build something you're proud of

What You’ll Bring


  • 8+ years automotive experience (Porsche background preferred)
  • ASE Master Technician or equivalent
  • Strong diagnostic skills on complex electrical and mechanical systems
  • Someone who takes pride in their work and won't compromise on quality
  • Ability to lead and mentor technicians
  • Your own tools (we provide specialty equipment)
  • Clean driving record
